Tutoring Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Prepayment of tuition is required.
- Tuition is not refundable once a class has started.
- Tuition is not refundable due to student's absence.
- Tuition is 100% refundable or can be transferred(makeup class) when class is canceled by school due to teacher's sickness or other reasons.
Schedule Changes for 1-1 Tutoring
- Request for schedule change must be made two days before the session of a class.
- The school will make best effort to make the change by coordinating with teacher and other students.
- The student will be notified one day before the session whether the change can be made.
